Abstract

We execute the population-level RAR test defined in Paper X. Using 315 synthetic galaxies (15 masses x 7 mass-to-light ratios x 3 gas fractions) with exponential disk profiles, we compute gₒbs vs gbar for B' and B'' and extract the effective knee acceleration aₑffᵏnee. The pipeline tests whether the SPARC best-fit parameters (beta=2. 676, X_*=5. 46e-57) reproduce the observed RAR scale a₀~1. 2e-10 m/s² as a population-level emergent phenomenon. Reproducible code included.
