We present the youngest reported case of an intracranial arterial pseudoaneurysm in a newborn following a difficult delivery. The infant presented with multicompartment intracranial haemorrhage and infarction. Cerebral angiography confirmed a large, irregularly shaped pseudoaneurysm in the right tentorium originating from a tentorial branch of the right meningo-hypophyseal trunk. After multidisciplinary consultation, it was decided to treat the pseudoaneurysm with endovascular coil embolisation. Microsurgical clipping was considered too risky, and conservative management was inappropriate due to risk of rebleeding. A bare platinum detachable coil was successfully deployed. The postoperative course was uneventful. MRI at 2 months showed no recurrence. At his 2-year follow-up, the patient was healthy with a normal neurological examination.
