This work develops a covariant phase–geometry framework in which phase is treated as a genuine physical and geometric quantity contributing dynamically to spacetime structure. The theory introduces an additional phase–geometry energy–momentum tensor that enters Einstein’s equations as a real gravitational source without modifying the geometric side of General Relativity or introducing dark matter components. A controlled weak-field reduction yields a single universal, dimensionless coefficient governing coherent phase response. The framework is tested across galactic rotation curves, superfluid He-II experiments, long-baseline spacecraft phase data, and GNSS signal degradation, providing a unified description across quantum, laboratory, and astrophysical scales.
