AbstractPresent study was undertaken to observe morphology of pollen grains of 26 plant species belonging to 14 families, collected from Hyderabad. For this purpose, fresh pollen samples were collected, stained, and examined under a light microscope for morphological analysis viz pollen shape, size, and surface texture were measured to and assess their taxonomic significance This study revealed variations in pollen traits among the sampled species.
