Shox2 and Rassf1a DNA methylation: diagnostic utility and association with clinical stage, histological progression and gene mutational landscape in lung adenocarcinoma
Key Points
Comprehensive analysis identifies significant associations between DNA methylation and gene mutations.
Findings indicate that this analysis aids in molecular subtyping for lung adenocarcinoma, enhancing diagnosis.
Assessment of clinical stage and histological progression provides insight into disease characteristics.
Research supports integrating these biomarkers into routine clinical practice for better patient outcomes.
Abstract
Our study demonstrated that comprehensive analysis of methylation and gene mutations could provide a novel clinical strategy for molecular subtyping and precision medicine in LUAD.
