Digital printing, such as inkjet, is a promising fabrication process for both graphics and electronic circuits due to its minimal material loss and rapid prototyping capabilities. Soluble organic semiconductors and dispersible metal nanoparticles are well-suited for such digital printing techniques. This paper reviews recent advancements in digitally printed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs), covering their device performances and circuit applications.
