This case focuses on a sophomore girl with friendship anxiety, self-perception bias and family alienation. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to help the client improve her self-perception bias, terminate self-injurious behaviors, and rebuild the emotional connection with her mother through a stepby- step intervention process of “automatic thought recognition — cognitive reconstruction — behavior experiment — family relationship repair”. This intervention model provides operable practical reference for CBT-based interventions targeting adolescents’ interpersonal anxiety and early emotional trauma.
