Frames Axiomatics: A Canonical System for Append-Only Structural Recording and Verification DESCRIPTION Frames Axiomatics is a formal, axiomatic framework for the structure-ordered recording, preservation, and verification of informational artifacts under strict append-only constraints. The system is designed to separate **existence, order, and integrity** from **meaning, execution, or interpretation**. Its primary concern is not what data represents, but that data artifacts can be recorded, referenced, and verified in a way that remains stable over time, across environments, and independent of software systems. At its core, Frames Axiomatics introduces:- atomic, append-only records (“Frames”),- deterministic ordering via cryptographic linkage,- explicit index layers (L0/L1) for structural inspection,- canonical serialization boundaries for hash determinism,- and packaging units (Frame-Blocks, PackBlocks, Quantum-Blocks) for transport and archival review. The framework is **non-executing**, **non-semantic**, and **non-prescriptive** with respect to application logic. It makes no claims about truth, correctness, or meaning of recorded content. It records only that artifacts exist, in a specific order, with verifiable integrity. Frames Axiomatics is intended for:- scientific record keeping,- long-term archival systems,- audit trails,- reproducible research artifacts,- and foundational work on stable, drift-resistant data structures. In addition, the framework serves as a structural substrate for ongoing research into the stabilization of Large Language Model (LLM) outputs, where append-only recording, canonicalization, and proof-oriented boundaries are critical for mitigating semantic drift and uncontrolled mutation. This Zenodo record corresponds to **Frames Axiomatics v1.0**, a canonically frozen reference release. Future versions may extend the framework via explicit, append-only supersession, without retroactive modification of this version. No software execution, implementation, or runtime behavior is required to verify the claims of this work.
