The review considers examples of using electronics in the Advanced TCA and Micro TCA standards in high-energy particle physics facilities. Electronics complied with new standards is built on a modular principle and provides high-speed data transfer and flexibility in the interconnections between modules. A brief description of the main provisions, terms, and equipment used in the new standards is given. Electronics in the Advanced TCA and Micro TCA standards have been used to upgrade and develop data acquisition systems for experimental facilities at CERN, the Fermi Laboratory (Batavia, USA), and SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (United States). It is used to develop control and monitoring systems for accelerator complexes at DESY and GSI laboratories, the European XFEL facility (Germany), the European Spallation Source facility (Sweden), and KEK and J-PARC laboratories (Japan).
