This paper presents the World Gravity Motor (WGM), the first device designed to directly and continuously convert Earth's gravitational force into continuous electrical power. The core innovation lies in generating effective gravitational torque on one half of a circular path while completely canceling gravity's effect on the opposite half. This is achieved through a precise, neutral magnetic interaction between magnets on the rotor arms and a static array, creating a sustained unbalanced system. The motor's operation is grounded in new physical principles: a novel constant, a new law of physics, and a new theoretical framework describing this gravito-magnetic interaction.
