As deviations from ideal dentolabial parameters increased, first fixation times decreased, suggesting quicker visual responses to noticeable discrepancies. Simultaneously, aesthetic ratings declined, reflecting reduced attractiveness. Increased fixation time and visit count indicated that more significant deviations generated sustained and repeated attention.
