The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of quality of life on the relationships between executive functions and cognitive emotion regulation of adults with deaf and hard-of-hearing. A total of 110 participants took part in the study. All participants across groups were between the ages of 20.4 and 45.3 years. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesis that quality of Life would mediate the relationship between executive functions and cognitive emotion regulation. The findings revealed that cognitive emotion regulation had a significant positive role in executive functions (β = 0.354; p p p p < .01).
