Natural remedies are widely accepted because they are considered safer and associated with fewer side effects than synthetic products. Herbal hair oil is one of the most recognized natural treatments for hair care. It moisturizes the scalp, improves dry scalp and hair conditions, and provides essential nutrients required for proper functioning of the sebaceous glands, thereby promoting natural hair growth. The present study aimed to formulate and evaluate an herbal hair oil using Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, tulsi, black cumin, rosemary oil, coconut oil, curry leaves, and fenugreek. The formulation was evaluated for pharmacological activity, including qualitative and quantitative hair growth, mean hair length, and anti-alopecia effects. Physicochemical parameters such as viscosity, pH, and skin irritation were also assessed. Results showed that hair growth activity increased with higher concentrations of herbal ingredients in the formulation.
