Treatment with a propylene glycol-hydroxypropyl guar nanoemulsion significantly improved dry-eye symptoms, corneal staining, tear film stability, and lipid layer quality in patients with evaporative dry eye. No adverse events were reported, supporting the safety and efficacy of this formulation.
