Field research stations are crucial for agricultural development in Rwanda, providing essential data for policy-making and practice. A randomized field trial was conducted to assess system reliability across various stations. Data were collected on key performance indicators (KPIs) including crop yields, resource utilization efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The analysis revealed that the average KPI score for station A was 85%, with a confidence interval of ±3% indicating robust stability. The study concludes that station A demonstrates high reliability in delivering consistent agricultural research outcomes. Future investments should prioritise upgrading infrastructure and training staff to enhance overall system performance.
