The biological window coin is the local dynamic reversal in the hierarchy — the precise level where Δnew ₍₄ₖ Δnew exceeds Δconverted ₂₎₍ₕ₄ₑₓ₄₃ Δconverted, producing conscious experience as surplus flow that cannot be crystallised into static neural structure.
