This extended edition of the Triadic Mesh Dynamics (TMD) framework significantly expands the original ontological model of physics. In addition to the foundational description of triads, bulbs, and the sub‑Planckian structure of reality, this version introduces several new chapters that unify particle physics, field dynamics, and cosmology under a single ontological principle. New material includes:• degeneracy of bulb states (electron/positron, neutrino/antineutrino, tau vs. 61A dark matter),• extended degeneracy covering quarks, gluons, W/Z bosons, the Higgs, and baryons,• an ontological explanation of mixing matrices (CKM, PMNS) and CP violation,• foundational consequences such as the origin of 3+1 dimensions, the speed of light, electromagnetism, weak and strong interactions, entropy, quantum probability, and nonlocality,• cosmological consequences including gravity as a density gradient, cosmic expansion, dark energy, structure formation, black holes, decoherence, and the emergence of the classical world. This document presents a unified ontological framework in which all known physical phenomena emerge from a single elementary entity: the triad. It offers a coherent alternative to the Standard Model and general relativity, reducing their complexity to a single underlying structure.
