The study successfully developed an expert consensus on TCM diagnosis and treatment of different clinical phenotypes of COPD in Hubei Province using the Delphi method, providing a basis for integrated Western and TCM diagnosis and treatment.
目的 采用德尔菲法确定湖北地区基于中西医病证结合的慢性阻塞性肺疾病不同临床表型的中医诊治专家共识。 方法 检索国内外慢阻肺临床表型、中医证型及中医药治疗等相关文献，进行整理分析、归纳总结，设计德尔菲法专家调查问卷，采用“问卷星”对湖北省不同地区相关专家进行两轮问卷调查。回收、统计、分析后形成基于中西医病证结合的慢阻肺不同临床表型的中医诊治专家共识。 结果 根据两轮调查问卷形成湖北地区慢阻肺疾病不同临床表型的中医诊治的专家共识，内容包括慢阻肺不同临床表型及并发症分类、中医证型、推荐方药及中医肺康复。 结论 通过德尔菲法专家调查问卷结合文献研究，已形成《湖北省慢性阻塞性肺疾病不同临床表型的中医诊治初步专家共识》，为中西医协同诊疗提供依据。
