Title: Genesis Pulse: The Unified FrameworkDescription: The Genesis Pulse Framework proposes that information exists in two thermodynamically distinct phases separated by a critical density threshold Iₜ. Below the threshold, information persists in a pressureless ground state Φ — identified as dark matter. Above it, structured reality Ω emerges. The threshold crossing Γ is a scale-invariant event operating identically from Planck scale to cosmic web, generating the natural fractal architecture of the universe. The framework addresses dark matter as a pre-dimensional information state, dissolves the hard problem of consciousness as the interior description of threshold crossing, resolves Wigner's mystery of mathematical effectiveness through shared fractal generation, and proposes a resolution to the black hole information paradox via the Rovelli-Vidotto bounce. A falsifiable prediction: a first-order phase transition at approximately 2. 0 TeV produces a Stochastic Gravitational Wave Background detectable by LISA in 2035.
