Religious pluralism in West Africa has gained attention due to its complex inter-relational dynamics and social implications. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including surveys and interviews with religious leaders and community members across different regions of Morocco. Findings indicate a significant proportion (34%) of respondents view inter-religious dialogue as crucial for societal harmony, highlighting the need for more inclusive public policies. The study underscores the importance of fostering inter-faith understanding and collaborative governance to mitigate potential conflicts arising from religious diversity. Public administrators should prioritise training on interfaith communication skills and encourage community-based initiatives that promote mutual respect and cooperation among different faith groups.
