Toward A Unified Theory Of Archipelagic Logistics: Synthesizing The Darwisman Paradigm For Sustainable Transportation

Objective: This study synthesizes the Darwisman Paradigm framework for sustainable archipelagic logistics, integrating GTPT, Cost Planning, and Logistics 5.0. Framework: The research integrates six pillars, including the GTPT tri-domain model (Phi-Lambda-Sigma Dynamics), AI-driven optimization, green port strategies, energy transition, SDG-HRM, and digital corridors. Methodology: Systematic meta-synthesis (35 pubs, 2025-2026) guided by PRISMA analyzed the Indonesian context. Findings: Five axioms emerge: resilience supersedes cost efficiency, socio-technical coupling determines viability, stepwise cost functions reflect reality, digital stability is required, and SDG integration needs workforce transformation. Economically, the framework projects a national benefit of USD 38.8 billion by 2030 (BCR 2.7:1). Tensions involve coupling vs computation, scalar transferability, and temporal mismatch. Originality: This provides the first unified synthesis establishing a robust foundation for logistics science tailored to emerging economies.
