Community health centers in Nigeria face challenges related to resource allocation and service delivery efficiency. A structured literature review was conducted using systematic methods to identify relevant studies. Time-series forecasting models were applied to analyse data from selected publications. The analysis revealed a mixed pattern of service delivery efficiency across different health centers in Nigeria, with some showing improvement over time (direction: positive). Time-series forecasting models provided insights into the reliability and performance variability of community health centres, highlighting areas for further research and policy development. Future studies should focus on integrating these models into routine operational planning to enhance system resilience and patient care quality. community health centers, Nigeria, time-series forecasting, reliability assessment Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
