Establishes an information-theoretic framework for verified computation using Shannon entropy and the Entropic Transfer Coefficient (ETC). v2 (March 2026): MAJOR CORRECTION per review by Prof. Laszlo B. Kish (Texas A&M University). Landauer erasure principle removed entirely. Framework reformulated on purely information-theoretic grounds using Brillouin negentropy principle.
