This article presents a critical–propositional examination of Adam J. Parkes’s Chrono-Gravity: A Fully Covariant Cuscuton Theory Enabling Stable Warp Drives and Traversable Wormholes in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity (TO). The study investigates the ontological, modal, phenomenological, and testability-related implications of Chrono-Gravity, focusing on its proposal that proper-time flow can be elevated to a non-propagating cuscuton scalar field capable of imposing instantaneous constraints on gravitational dynamics. The paper analyzes Parkes’s central claims, including the recovery of classical gravitational tests, flat galactic rotation curves without dark matter, gravitational-wave timing deviations, atomic-clock anomalies, and the theoretical viability of warp drives, traversable wormholes, and regulated closed timelike curves. These claims are examined through the modal discipline of the Seven Absolute Truths of the Theory of Objectivity, the Law of Logical Minimum, the cosmogonic theorem of TO, and the recent operational-phenomenological developments of the theory. The article argues that Chrono-Gravity is valuable as a regional and phenomenically suggestive physical hypothesis, especially because it offers identifiable observational signatures and a structurally rich reconfiguration of the relation between time and gravity. At the same time, it concludes that the model does not satisfy the deeper ontological requirements of the Theory of Objectivity, particularly concerning the primacy of Nothingness, the necessity of full relational observation, and the distinction between physical support and informational transcendence. Rather than treating Chrono-Gravity as a rival foundational ontology, the article proposes that it be understood as a partial interlocutor of the Theory of Objectivity: a theory of possible late-stage physical regimes that may contribute to the phenomenic table and operational bridges of TO without replacing its modal and ontological foundations.
