Abstract

Focus of the figure: Modern Solid‐State Lighting (SSL) and colour display systems rely on phosphor materials and specifically RE ion doped phosphors. This study report on the optimization in the preparation of Zn 4 B 6 O 13 : Sm 3+ (1 mol%) phosphor material by varied methods for orange‐red LED applications.
