This article analyzes the regionalization process of foreign investment protection mechanisms, focusing on its impact on the effectiveness of investment protection on an international scale. Based on the study of international and national legislation, as well as a comparative analysis of various legal systems and a review of scientific literature, the research examines the historical development and current state of regionalization in the context of the international investment legal order. The article discusses examples of regional integrations and their role in strengthening the protection of foreign investments, offering recommendations for further improvement of legal protection for investors.
