The article discusses the main approaches to the issues of introducing innovations and new technologies into the production activities of companies actively using information and communication technologies. The aim of the work is to review theories and models of staff acceptance and resistance to innovations in companies that actively implement innovations. The reasons for the emergence of various psychological barriers and stress factors that hinder the successful implementation of innovations are described, the criteria that innovations must meet, and factors that reduce the negative impact on employees during the implementation of innovations are noted.
