In the article the author revealed the specifics of the implementation of an effective contract on the example of the field of education. He outlined the legal mechanisms that facilitate the possibility of concluding these types of employment contracts with employees of educational organizations. By analyzing the specifics of an effective contract, the author identified the key components that distinguish this type of contract from a standard employment contract. When studying the components of the contract, the author identified the unique features of an effective contract, which are actually aimed at improving the quality of the educational process. The author systematized the characteristic features of an effective contract, which are the reason for the expediency of implementing appropriate management practices. The author of this study cited the concerns of the Federation Council as the regulator of the introduction of an effective contract in the field of education, which affect the destructive factors of the implementation of this type of contract. Based on the concerns of the Federation Council, the author was able to identify the most unfavorable aspects that prevent an effective contract from realizing the original intention of the relevant departments. In conclusion, the author suggests a solution by which an effective contract can become a reinforcing tool in optimizing the educational process. This study has allowed us to identify the advantages of an effective contract, on the basis of which relevant departments can potentially eliminate the destructive factors of imperfection of an effective contract in the field of education.
