We will introduce a challenge to realize true Japanese style regional revitalization based on the concept of "TOMOIKU:Co-education", which utilizes connections with nature and peers as energy for self-realization in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture. For regional creation and the development of local manufacturing, we believe that the key to breaking free from a sense of stagnation lies in practical research (Analytical Experiments Research and Development). Therefore, in cooperation local public industrial research and development institutions, Industry Development Division of Okaya City will actively involve local high school students, university students from across the nation, research institutions including companies and universities, and external individuals in attractive research themes rooted in the community, and we aim to build a framework that will return benefits to the local area and businesses in the future.
