Objectives: To demonstrate the clinical versatility of Ribbond polyethylene fibers in aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of primary teeth. Methods: Three pediatric clinical cases were managed using Ribbond fiber reinforcement. Case 1 involved post-and-core restoration of maxillary incisors followed by strip crowns. Case 2 addressed replacement of missing anterior teeth using fiber-supported strip crowns. Case 3 involved fabrication of an aesthetic fiber-reinforced band-and-loop space maintainer. Results: All cases demonstrated favorable esthetic outcomes, satisfactory functional restoration, and good patient acceptance. Ribbond fibers exhibited effective adaptation with composite resin and provided stable reinforcement without the bulkiness associated with conventional appliances. Conclusions: Polyethylene fiber reinforcement using Ribbond offers a minimally invasive, esthetic, and efficient solution for pediatric dental rehabilitation. It serves as a reliable alternative to traditional metal-based restorations and appliances in primary dentition management.
