Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in promoting entrepreneurship, employment generation, and balanced regional development. The Government of Andhra Pradesh introduced MSME Development Policy 3.0 with the objective of strengthening the MSME ecosystem through financial incentives, infrastructural support, and ease of doing business reforms. This study analyzes the impact of MSME Policy 3.0 on entrepreneurial growth in Andhra Pradesh using secondary data sources. The paper evaluates key indicators such as MSME registrations, employment generation, investment patterns, and sectoral expansion. It also examines the role of policy measures in enhancing access to finance, technology adoption, and market connectivity. The findings indicate that MSME Policy 3.0 has significantly contributed to the growth of new enterprises, especially in rural and semi-urban regions, while promoting inclusive entrepreneurship among women and marginalized groups. However, issues such as credit constraints, infrastructural limitations, and market competition remain key challenges. The study concludes that MSME Development Policy 3.0 has positively influenced entrepreneurial growth in Andhra Pradesh, but continuous policy support and effective implementation are essential for sustained development.
