The emission of a flow of particles of different sizes (shockwave “dusting”) from the structural joints of metal plates under strong impact from an explosive charge was investigated. The process of microparticle emission was recorded using the method of pulsed radiography of synchrotron radiation. Density distributions along the resulting microjets are presented.
