The article introduces a phase model of digital penetration — Digitization, Digitalization, Digital Transformation — and argues that Agentic AI operates primarily within Phases 1 and 2, not as the driver of deeper societal reordering. After Phase 3, the model ends: what follows is not a Phase 4 but an epoch shift — a categorical break in which human cognitive dominance across broad task domains ends for the first time in history. The text examines consequences across military, medical, educational, and organizational domains.
