This fourth paper in the series provides the quantum-neuroscience foundation for the biological proton seed used in the 11-beam tokamak. Even classically, brain networks operate at frequencies up to 1000 Hz. Quantum effects — proton spin entanglement, biophoton coherence, quantum tunneling, and higher-dimensional geometry — enable processing far beyond classical limits. The Blue Brain Project discovered 11-dimensional “sandcastles” in neural cliques. Humans are conditioned from birth (psychology and epigenetics), making automatic “10 Hz autopilot” the default. Clinical proton therapy is established advanced care that uses miniature accelerators (operational at Walter Reed Army Medical Center since 2007) to push protons to 70–250 MeV. The paper completes the physical justification for dark-halo formation via kinetic mixing.
