Clinical History: An 80 year-old gentleman presented with multiple cutaneous lesions on the dorsal of his foot that he noticed over a period of time. On clinical exemption, there were multiple reddish coloured maculopapular lesions over the dorsal surface of his both feet. A biopsy was performed from one of the lesions over his left foot, for microscopic examination. Hematoxylin and eosin stained slide images provided. Questions: Q1: What are the microscopic features of the lesion seen in the images? Q2: What immunostains (2 to 3) would be required for a diagnosis? Q3: What is the diagnosis?Figure 1Figure 2
