Intelligence Reinvented: How AI Shapes Education, Work and Economic Inequality

This paper talks about how Artificial Intelligence is slowly changing education, different types of jobs and also the gap between rich and poor. In this study, we have mainly gone through various reports and research papers that came out between 2018 and 2024. The goal was to understand what kind of benefits AI is giving to people and where it is creating new problems. It also highlights the broader social implications of AI and the way it may influence future policies and plans. In addition, the perspectives of educators and employees will be embraced in the study for completeness. In education, AI is being used for things like personalized learning and checking assignments faster. Students also get quick access to study material. But still, many students do not get the same benefits because they don’t have good internet, proper devices or sometimes even basic digital skills. Because of this, the difference between students from cities and rural areas becomes even bigger. In the job market, AI helps in improving work speed and also creates new technical roles. But at the same time, many simple or routine jobs may disappear because machines can do them easily. So, people now have to update their skills again and again to stay safe in the job market. One big point the study notices is that technology mostly helps the groups who already have resources and others fall behind. Overall, the study says that AI can reduce inequality only if everyone gets equal access to technology, training and proper support.
