The study findings indicate that job motivation has a strong positive impact on job satisfaction among nurses and that an increase in WOC nurse work experience positively influences job motivation and the perception of a pleasant work environment. Based on these results, it is recommended to establish supportive work environments and promote motivational strategies to enhance job satisfaction among WOC nurses.
