This paper fixes reading rate within a Non-Modal Structural System. Reading is fixed as fixation of delimitation. Time is fixed as ordering of reading. An upper bound is fixed as a structural bound of ordering and is denoted as c. Reading rate is not introduced as speed, motion, propagation, or temporal change. It is fixed as density of ordering. Density is fixed as the configuration of delimitations within ordering and does not require unit. No subject is introduced. No meaning is introduced. No measurement or temporal parameter is defined. No causality is introduced. This paper fixes reading rate as density of ordering within a Non-Modal Structural System.
