Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging In the Research Article (e12092), Chia-Fu Chou and co-workers present a prism-free, low-cost, single-use polymer-based nanograting surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) platform using normal-incidence optics and camera-based detection. Integrated with a custom microarrayer, the platform demonstrates multiplexed analysis capability. Furthermore, the incorporation of microfluidics enables simultaneous, multi-concentration kinetic analysis in a single step. This approach offers high-throughput potential for biomedical applications.
