Psychoanalysis does not belong only on the couch. The proposal of Applied Psychoanalysis in the Field introduces a shift: from retrospective interpretation to a living presence within the very moment in which experience is being formed. The unconscious does not function as a past that is merely explained, but as a force acting now — within relationship, within intensity, within the field. When psychoanalytic knowledge remains active, it ceases to be a fragmented application and becomes a mode of understanding and action in every human condition: from clinical practice to politics, media, economics, art, and collective life. The Narcissistic Spectrum functions as a dynamic map of these movements, allowing the immediate recognition of the subject’s position within intensity and the preservation of psychic coherence where rupture threatens. Psychoanalysis does not withdraw from the world. It can remain present within it.
