We present a rare case of right-sided thyroid hemiagenesis associated with papillary thyroid carcinoma and Hashimoto's thyroiditis in a 55-year-old woman. Systematic imaging examination is essential for early detection before the surgery. Our case will provide more diagnostic and treatment experience to deal with this special condition.
