This paper serves as the final synthesis of Mem-force Theory (V1–V7). The core parameter α, originally obtained from SPARC galaxy rotation curves as α = 0.385 ± 0.02, agrees with the geometric constant sin(π/8) = 0.382683 to within 0.6%. Rather than deriving α from a single first principle, this work verifies α = sin(π/8) from six independent theoretical perspectives: geometric symmetry (D₈ group), field theory (causal loop closure and normalization), topology (conformal defect dimension), information theory (maximum entropy), algebra (simplest constructible radical), and quantum information (single-qubit gate universality). The convergence of six distinct paths on the same numerical value demonstrates that α is not an ad hoc parameter but a universal constant intrinsic to Mem-force Theory. The paper also articulates the philosophical foundation of the theory: matter comes from the vacuum, and gravity is the vacuum restoring force. Mem-force Theory may be falsified by future experiments, but it has already fulfilled the core mission of a scientific theory: clear assumptions, testable predictions, and well-defined boundaries. What remains is to let the data speak.
