A 6-year-old miniature jenny was presented with pruritus, scaling, crusting and alopecia. Pemphigus foliaceus was diagnosed based on history, clinical presentation and histological findings. The jenny was successfully managed with oclacitinib maleate, with and without low-dose prednisolone, for over a 4 year period without adverse effects or signs of toxicity.
