This Italian Delphi consensus complements recent international and national guidelines by providing expert-driven insights on real-world implementation, therapeutic positioning, monitoring, and care pathway development within the Italian healthcare context, supporting the need to introduce hormone replacement therapy and improve multidisciplinary management.
