This note proposes a conceptual picture in which apparent motion and material objects are not fundamental, but emerge as ordered sequences of particle arrangements within a pre-configured spacetime. Drawing on a simple thought experiment — a person moving from a platform bench to a train seat — the proposal reframes continuity as a frame-by-frame succession of static configurations, analogous to the still frames composing a video. Birth and death are reinterpreted as the onset and dissolution of a coherent pattern within an otherwise pervasive particle field. The author is an engineer, not a trained physicist, and offers this work as a qualitative proposal open to critique, development, and correspondence from researchers in the foundations of physics.
