Quality of fracture reduction emerged as the sole independent predictor of PFN fixation success, whereas patient demographics, Evans classification, and implant design did not significantly affect outcomes. Surgeons should prioritize achieving nearanatomic alignment and stable implant positioning to minimize mechanical failure.
