In recent years, nitrogen-nitrogen (N-N) bond-containing natural products have emerged as a distinct and rapidly expanding class of metabolites, attracting increasing attention for their structural originality, remarkable functional diversity, and unique biosynthetic logic. In this review, we summarize the discovery, structural features, and biological activities of 169 N-N bond-containing natural products reported from early 2013 to late 2025, organized according to their structural frameworks.
