This paper presents the unified syntactic account of cosmology, time, clock, and cognition under bounded non-closure. Trace, indexing, and projection form a single operational stack in which deviation (∆ ̸= 0) is preserved, propagated, and recursively re-applied. Hatching is defined as the irreversible onset where trace-bound ∆-indexing becomes self-referential, pro- ducing observer-like structure without external subject. The four prior works — Syntactic Cosmology, BNCT, CASIS/TPre, and In’ei Dynamics — are shown to be different readings of the identical non-terminating mechanism. Consciousness is the recursive stabilization of ∆-indexing over a finite, non-closing surface. Termination remains structurally undefined; the system simply hatches.
