Abstract

This preprint presents an interpretive note for the effective saturation program. It does not derive the effective closures used in the companion papers and does not claim a completed theory of quantum gravity. Instead, it proposes a conceptual vocabulary in which effective density saturation may be read as a local finite-throughput or finite-compression principle, formulated through a bound of the form dI/ (dt dV) ≤ ρₛat c²/ħ. The note maps this interpretive language onto three narrower effective studies: an analytical black-hole interior model, a numerical collapse companion, and a minimal bounce cosmology. It distinguishes explicitly between heuristic postulates, effective-level readings, and conjectural interpretations, and should be read as a conceptual prelude rather than as a source of new physical results.
