Until now, classical science has been based on the premise that matter is the fundamental element underlying everything in the universe, but this essential assertion has not been scientifically proven. If it turns out that information, and not matter, is ultimately the fundamental element that can explain all manifestations, phenomena, and fundamental causes and unify all scientific disciplines, we would face the singularity of physics as we know it. Through a synthesis based on the recognition of underlying structures, the description of fundamental logical mechanisms, the reasoned interconnection of multiple conditions of possibility and the inherent relationship between inferences, this essay aims to investigate some of the implications derived from the observation of the informational universe from the unified perspective of a new Metaphysics of Reality.
